A very interesting artifact from VisualHistoryAustria, this 2:22 1977 Super8 vacation colour film concentrates on Downtown Edmonton and The Legislature, though with a twist. Though some familiar landmarks make an appearance, this film also has a fabulous montage of vintage buildings and signage of retail stores, hotels, and restaurants (including The Embers) that are stunning. The film is edited in quick shots, so viewing at half-speed is recommended:
